Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing MPRESV! Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping and processing:

Processing Time

  • Dispatching: Orders placed before 12 PM will be shipped out on the same business day. Orders placed after 12 PM will be dispatched on the next business day.
  • Business Days: We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Methods and Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping with our courier companies:

    • Metro Areas: 2-8 business days
    • Regional Areas: 2-8 business days

  • Express Shipping:

    • Metro Areas: 1-4 business days
    • Regional Areas: 3-8 business days

Please note that during peak periods and public holidays, there may be delays with courier companies, which are beyond our control. We take no responsibility for delayed shipping times. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $120.00. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Use this to monitor your shipment's progress.

Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. MPRESV is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.
  • Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at contact@mpresv.com.au We will assist you in resolving the issue.
